Quit drinking so much beer you won't have to pee as much.

Yes, go to your primary care physician with this problem and be very specific about the symptoms you are feeling, what time it usually happens, how many times a day or night, how severe the pain is if there is any, etc. Be very, very thorough. If your mom accompanies you in to the doctor's office since you're under the age of eighteen, (just saw your board post in the parent talk section), the both of you may be asked about a family history of certain disorders. not trying to scare you, just preparing you for what might happen. They may want to draw blood and do testing on it to see what is going on. hope all this helps, and do keep us updated on how you are doing.

Roman Battle Mask: Perhaps drinking more beer and they simply won't worry so much ...

Oh, I hate it when you're at the bar, and you gotta pee, but you're in the middle of a great conversation, or trivia game!! Needing to use the restroom, is one of the most uncomfortable feelings in the world. That's why I don't slam beer, like I used too. Now, I take awhile to drink one.

I'm greatly amused that you said tinkle. But yes I would agree with Mistress.

this is a serious problem. sounds like a bladder infection to me. needs to be checked out pronto. you don't want it migrating to the kidneys which is a whole other problem.

Keep note of when it does happen in a journal of some sort and take it in to see your doctor at your next physical.

hooray!
If it comes back, take care of it dude. It's a serious problem and it could fuck your kidneys up like someone said all ready. If your kidneys are affected....You just may be screwed. So, be sure to report any symptoms.
Maybe you should go to the doctor anyway, even though it's happening less and less. It's better to be safe, than to be dead. Eh?

Well, apparently, this dude's not oging to see this post, but for others who might want to read, some people have a bladder control problem. It sounds embarrassing, and it is for a lot of people, but anyone who has it is definitely not alone. They can put you on meds for it, but those sudden urges are often symptoms of it. Sorry if I'm being too graphic.

that reminds me of mom when she had a bladder infection. She didn't take care of it and it migrated to her kidneys and almost screwed her kidneys up like hell. so please take care of that as soon as you can, that is not somthing to mess around with. Bladder infections are bacterial and can't be messed around with. oh and when she had that infection, it went to her kidneys and ended up in the emergency room because of a fever of 105. this is somthing that shouldn't be messed around with.
